The complex is located on Wilhelm Peak Street, across from the entrance to the VDNH park area. It borders with the Gorky Film Studio on one side and VGIK on the other. The architectural heritage of the area has influenced the design of the project. Compositional solution of the complex was inspired by the skyscrapers of the Stalin era, particularly the building on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment.
According to the project, the towers are arranged in the shape of a trefoil and connected by a central hexagonal lobby with a winter garden under a light lantern. The faсades of the complex are designed using modern artistic techniques, while their construction and logical connection have a classic character. The towers are divided into three sections in height: a stable foundation, a central section decorated with horizontal and vertical lines, and an upper section with panoramic glass windows.
The main design feature is the visual separation of each building’s volume into two distinct planes, creating the impression of two towers connected by a glass bridge. This technique imparts a sense of lightness and verticality to the building volumes.
The facade concept is developed by KAMEN.
