The primary goal of the project is to place a high-rise office complex on a narrow, elongated site, making it a striking landmark. This is achieved through a volumetric composition of three forty-story curved towers connected by a central cylindrical structure. Three volumes of public spaces are suspended along it, two in the shapes of Platonic solids—a hexahedron and an octahedron—and one spherical. The central cylinder links all towers, providing tenants on the upper floors with direct access to restaurants, conference rooms, and multifunctional spaces typically located on the lower levels. The structural solution for the curved volumes is straightforward—vertical load-bearing frames with the curvature of the towers achieved through smooth variations in the cantilevered floor slabs. The architectural design is minimalist. Each tower, the cylinder, and the suspended volumes are predominantly glazed to integrate with the surroundings, while the tower facades facing the railway feature solid walls with windows.
