The main challenge of the project is to fit a multifunctional complex on a small triangular plot. The building's layout resembles a vertical skewer, sequentially stacking seven functions from bottom to top: a three-level underground parking garage, a fitness center with a swimming pool, a supermarket, ground-floor boutiques, a restaurant, a hotel, and three floors of apartments. Most functions are provided with separate entrances and vertical transportation systems. Rogozhsky Val is set for a major redevelopment, so the building is positioned at a significant setback from the street. The first two floors follow the triangular shape of the plot. Starting from the third floor, the building transforms into a rectangular slab, punctuated by staircases at the ends.
The facades of the complex are minimalist, rendered in white with decorative orange inserts in the windows. The upper floors of the apartments feature continuous stained glass. From there, one can enjoy views of architectural landmarks and striking panoramas of Moscow.
