A key challenge of the project is to divide the construction into two phases while ensuring the continuous operation of the hotel. The shape of the site—an elongated, narrow strip along the roadway—also influenced the design of the future building. The hotel is planned as two separate buildings connected by a glass bridge. The first phase involves constructing the two buildings, with the bridge added only after their completion, minimizing disruption for guests and staff. The buildings are designed with rooms oriented on one side, so the road does not disturb the guests, and every room offers a view of the golf course. The spatial design is inspired by the image of a butterfly landing on a sunlit meadow above the golf course. The architectural style features a striking contrast of vertical and slanted walls, long pitched roofs, recessed and protruding balconies, rectangular and circular windows, gray-blue glass, and pristine white facades.
